Aromas can not be returned once shipped for hygiene reasons.
We ship in very secure foam padded boxes. If you receive a broken bottle, please photograph it and send to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will refund or replace where appropriate.
We aim to ship out products next working day, but sometimes delays are inevitable. If there is a delay of longer than three working days, we will inform you.
We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. This typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch to arrive.
As soon as your product has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can view online or in the Royal Mail app. If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card enabling you to pick up the package from your local delivery office.
Products are shipped in plain brown boxes with only our return address visible on the outside.
